'Further development plans for the web portal also include archival data on all Pakistan Cricketers and domestic tournaments which will allow avid fans the ability to follow the domestic game as never before,' it added.

A cricket shop, which is presently in the development stage, will give the website visitors the ability to purchase Cricket merchandise and memorabilia online. The development of a social media platform for the new portal is also being worked on. Commenting on the re-launching of the official website, PCB Chief Operating Officer Subhan Ahmad stated: 'With the launch of the freshly revamped Web portal PCB seeks to provide Pakistan Cricket fans and followers the world over a unique experience on the World Wide Web. All information related to the Board and the events taking place in Pakistan Cricket are now just a click away.'
