Vic: Drink drivers nabbed during road blitz

Victoria police have nabbed 33 drink drivers during a traffic blitz in Melbourne's
popular restaurant and pub districts.

A man in Clifton Hill recorded the highest alcohol reading of .131 .. while another
man in Clifton Hill was charged with theft of a motor car and evading police after he
tried to flee a booze bus.

Police tested two thousand 854 drivers at five booze bus sites in the popular restaurant
and pub suburbs of Clifton Hill .. Richmond .. Burnley and Fitzroy between 9pm on Friday
and five this morning.
