FED: Haneef will go all the way to High Court: cousin

A cousin of former terror suspect MOHAMED HANEEF .. says the doctor's prepared to go
all the way to the High Court to get his Australian work visa back.

IMRAN SIDDIQUI says the family realises yesterday's Federal Court victory may be just
a first step in a long legal battle.

Justice JEFFREY SPENDER quashed Immigration Minister KEVIN ANDREWS' decision to cancel
the doctor's visa .. but Mr SIDDIQUI says his cousin .. and the family .. are well prepared
for more legal action.

He's told ABC radio they have a very strong faith in the Australian judicial system
and are prepared to go to the High Court if necessary.

Mr SIDDIQUI says he hopes the minister will consider all the circumstances which have
changed since he made his original decision .. including the dropping of the charge against
Dr Haneef.

He says it's very important for the family to win the case.
